الشرح والدلالة · Explanation
البصير هو الذي يرى المبصرات وإن دقّت، ويعلم أحوال عباده.
Al-Baseer means 'The All-Seeing'. It signifies that Allah sees all things, whether visible or hidden, in darkness or light. His vision is not dependent on eyes, light, or instruments. He sees the movement of an ant on a dark night, the depths of the ocean, and the secrets of the heart. Nothing is hidden from His sight, and He witnesses all actions. Quran References: 'Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing' (22:75). 'He is with you wherever you are, and Allah is All-Seeing of what you do' (57:4). Spiritual Significance: Al-Baseer reminds us that Allah sees everything we do, in public and private. This encourages righteousness and sincerity. Benefit: Reciting Al-Baseer increases consciousness of Allah's watch, protects from sin, and brings clarity in decision-making. It is beneficial for those seeking to avoid hypocrisy and develop sincerity.
