المانع هو الذي يمنع ما يشاء من العطاء بحكمته.
Al-Maani' means 'The Preventer' or 'The Withholder'. It signifies that Allah is the One who prevents what He wills and withholds what He wills. He protects His servants from harm, prevents evil from reaching them, and withholds blessings from whom He wills according to His wisdom. No one can give what He prevents, and no one can prevent what He gives. Quran References: 'If Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him' (6:17).
