البر هو اللطيف بعباده، الواسع الإحسان إليهم.

Al-Barr means 'The Righteous' or 'The Source of Goodness'. It signifies that Allah is the One who is kind, gentle, and benevolent to His creation. He is good and the source of all goodness. He is faithful to His promises, kind to His servants, and generous in His giving. His righteousness encompasses all, and He deals with His creation with perfect goodness.
