Al-Qawwiyy means 'The All-Strong' or 'The Possessor of Perfect Strength'. It signifies that Allah possesses absolute, perfect, and unlimited strength. His power is never diminished, His might never weakens, and His strength is incomparable. He is the One who supports His servants with His strength and empowers whom He wills.
