Ar-Razzaq means 'The Provider' or 'The Sustainer'. It signifies that Allah is the One who creates sustenance and provides for all His creatures. He is responsible for the provision of every living being, from the smallest insect to the largest whale. He provides for the righteous and the wicked, the believer and the disbeliever. His provision is vast, continuous, and perfectly suited to the needs of each creation. Quran References: 'Indeed, Allah is the Provider (Ar-Razzaq), the Possessor of Strength, the Firm' (51:58). 'And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision' (11:6). Spiritual Significance: Ar-Razzaq reminds us that our sustenance comes from Allah alone. This knowledge frees us from anxiety about provision and encourages us to seek lawful means.
