القهار هو الذي قهر كل جبار، وذلّت لعزته الرقاب.

Al-Qahhaar means 'The Subduer' or 'The All-Prevailing'. It signifies that Allah is the One who dominates all things and to whom everything submits. His power is absolute and irresistible. He has complete control over all creation, and nothing can escape His dominion. He subdues the arrogant, humbles the tyrants, and none can oppose His will. His power is combined with wisdom and justice. Quran References: 'He is the Irresistible (Al-Qahhaar) over His servants' (6:18). 'Say, He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him and upon Him we rely. And you will know who is in clear error' (67:29).
